Hi guys! Miss me yet? Haha, yeah right.
Lets see, this weekend to present... Lets begin Saturday we got up and did some stuff around the house, ate at Wool St. bar and restaurant(only in Illinois are munchkins allowed in the bar) which is awesome BTW, then we decided to go to Barringtons Art Fair, we were trying to wear the kids out. Instead we wore ourselves out. It was loads of fun though. Sunday we woke up early and went to have breakfast with the family and afterward we were going to be spectators of the Barrington Memorial Day parade, but while we were finishing up our french toast the sky opened up and dumped a million heavy drops of water over the whole little town. Needless to say the parade was canceled and we had to run a block in the rain to our car, which I thought was awesome, Lando and John thought was awesome, Lily...not so much. After the rain subsided Debbie (John's mama) and I took the kiddos to Target and they got their very first bikes! AMAZING!!!!! We came home, watched Johns dad trip and break his fingers, then like the trooper he is he built those bikes for the very excited and anticipating children whom at this moment I feel should have been cast as extras in the classic film "Village of the Damned". Lol, just kidding, or am I? Yesterday John and I got a mini break, went to target, went to Barnes and Noble, got some coffee, and then Half priced books! Yay! my new favorite place. I got a great book, Girlbomb, for $5...how awesome is that! Which brings us to today, I had my first salon interview, it was great! Loved the salon, loved what they had to offer, loved the girls, loved it all. It will be a challenge though! Lots of new things to learn and ways to do, but exciting none the less. THE MOST AMAZINGEST TRULY AWESOME SUPER FANTASTIC PART OF MY DAY WAS WHEN I WENT BY MY SUPER FANTASTIC AMAZING THOUGHTFUL BOYFRIENDS JOB TO GRAB PAPERWORK AND HE PULLS UP BEHIND ME AND SAYS, "hey hunny...i gotchoo a surprise!" I FREAKING LOVE SURPRISES!!!!! he found me this bottle of wine I had tried while in Mississippi attending Poppy's burial and have searched high and low for only to find it online for some 35.00 freaking dollars, turns out he went to this store down the way and the owner loves this wine too and keeps in stock because it is one of his favs too!!! How lucky of a girl am I! Not a question. Anyway I hope you find the newest of pictures to visually stimulate and please your weary eyes :D
